2012 Linzee W. Leonard Scholarship

Community Financial Credit Union is recognizing outstanding student members by offering two $1,000 one-time scholarships for the 2012-2013 academic year. CFCU established this scholarship program in honor of former employee Linzee W. Leonard, who passed away unexpectedly in 1996. Since beginning the scholarship program, CFCU has awarded over $29,000 to our members.

This year, in addition to graduating high school seniors, applications will also be accepted from undergraduate students.

The 2012 scholarship application is now available online. Printed copies are also available at all CFCU locations.

Eligibility:

1. Applicants must have a Community Financial Credit Union account established in their own name and be a member in good standing.
2. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program for the 2012-2013 academic year and must be:
   1. A graduating high school senior or
   2. A current undergraduate student who has completed a minimum of two years (60 semester hours) in accredited undergraduate studies.
3. CFCU directors, staff, and their immediate families are not eligible.
4. Past scholarship winners are not eligible.
